Document Requirements
Ensure you have the following documents prepared when applying for your Working KITAS.
- Valid Nationality Passport at least 18 (eighteen) months.
- Proof of living expenses of at least US$ 2,000 (two thousand US Dollars) or equivalent.
- Photo with red background 3x4.
- Reference letter min 5 years.
- Your bachelor’s degree certificate, written in English.
- Proof of any type of insurance.
- Your position work in company (occupation)
- Vaccines certificate.
- Your residential address in Bali.
- Documents related to the company you will be working for, such as business licenses.
- A scanned copy of the company director’s ID or passport.
- A scanned copy of the employee's ID working for the company.
- Letterhead company come with address, email, phone number and stamp of company
- Local id of employee (scan one) minimum 3 people in terms made employee report (‘wajib lapor’ WL) report (employment of 1 foreigner supposed to be follow by 3 employee local)
- Registration Company at Department of labour (RPTKA & IMTA) by us.
Visa Validity and Stay Duration
The Working KITAS is flexible, allowing you to stay in Indonesia for an extended period
- The Working KITAS must be used within 90 days from the date of issue.
- Please note that the visa validity is different from your stay duration. Check your visa for more details.
With this visa, you can stay for up to 180 days, with options to extend for 1 or 2 years based on your employment agreement.
