Document Requirements

To establish your PMA, the following documents are required from all shareholders and directors.

  • All shareholders must present a passport valid for at least 1 year.
  • Specify the type of business activities your company will engage in.
  • A recent color photograph for each shareholder.
  • Provide an official email address for the company.
  • A registered business address in Indonesia is required.
  • A valid phone number for the company.
  • A PMA must have more than one shareholder.
  • Provide each shareholder’s address, email, and phone number.
  • You will need to propose a company name consisting of three words.
  • Appoint individuals to serve as the company’s Director and Commissioner.
  • Indicate the ownership percentage for each shareholder.
