Document Requirements
To apply for a Spouse Visa, make sure you have all the necessary documents ready:
- Valid Nationality Passport at least 6 (six) months.
- Proof of living expenses of at least US$2000 (two thousand American dollars) or equivalent.
- Latest color photograph.
- Marriage certificate or marriage book that has been translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator except those that have been written in English
- A valid Limited Stay Permit/Permanent Stay Permit or Limited Stay Visa of the husband or wife.
Visa Validity and Stay Duration
Understanding the validity and stay period of your Spouse Visa is crucial to ensure you comply with Indonesian immigration laws.
- The Spouse Visa must be used within 90 days of issuance.
- The visa validity period is different from the allowed stay duration. Always check your visa for detailed information.
